"Pretty frustrating customer service experience"
I had a really disappointing time with customer service. The replies took way too long, and when they finally did respond, the answers weren’t helpful at all (which just made the whole thing more frustrating). I was hoping for a quick fix or at least some useful guidance, but that didn’t happen.

"Noise cancelling is ridiculous"
I bought these mostly for the noise cancelling, it’s barely noticeable. I can still hear traffic outside, people talking nearby, and even my keyboard while I’m typing. It basically feels like regular earbuds with a button that just slightly changes the sound. For something advertised as noise cancelling, that’s kind of ridiculous. Disappointed overall.

"Battery life is just as bad as I feared"
I had a feeling the battery wasn’t going to hold up well, this pretty much confirmed it. It barely lasts a few hours now, which gets really frustrating when I’m trying to use it throughout the day. Definitely annoying for daily use.

"They’re fine, I guess"
I’d give these 3 stars. The earbuds themselves work okay, so it’s not like I’m upset or anything, but the build doesn’t feel that great. The case lid is a little loose, and the plastic picked up scratches faster than I expected. For the price, they’re not terrible, totally fine, but I was just expecting them to feel a bit more solid

"Sound just wasn’t good"
I didn’t like the sound. The bass was muddy. Voices felt flat. I tried different tips and settings. Still sounded cheap to me. Wouldn’t buy again...

"Warranty support was such a hassle..."
The return process took way longer than I expected, and dealing with warranty support didn’t really help at all. I kept hoping someone would make it easier, but it just felt frustrating from start to finish!

well... I really wanted to like these, but the mic just isn’t good for calls. People keep telling me I sound muffled or like I’m talking from across the room, which gets frustrating fast.

Right out of the box, my first impression wasn’t great because the Bluetooth kept dropping from my phone. It connects at first, but then randomly disconnects, which gets annoying when I’m trying to use it.

This app has been such a hassle. It takes way too long to connect, and sometimes it acts like my earbuds don’t exist even though they’re already paired and working.
When I finally get into the app, the settings don’t always stick, and the EQ randomly resets like I never changed it. It’s also crashed on me during updates, which really made me lose trust in it.

The earbuds themselves are fine, but the app makes the whole experience feel unreliable. I shouldn’t have to fight with the app this much just to use something I already paid for.

"Broke way too quickly"
As someone who tries to buy practical stuff that’ll last, I was disappointed. It stopped working after just two weeks, which is way too soon for something I expected to rely on.

"Didn’t feel worth the price"
I ordered from myearfun.com because I figured it would be decent enough for what I was paying, but once it arrived, I was kind of underwhelmed. Even little things, like the packaging and how plain everything looked when I opened it, made it feel less impressive than I expected.

The actual item was fine in the most basic sense, but nothing about it made me think, “Okay, this was worth the money.” I kept noticing small stuff that bugged me, and for the price, I really expected it to feel a bit better put together.

Maybe someone else would be totally fine with it, but for me it just didn’t add up. I don’t think I’d order again, especially when there are cheaper options out there that feel about the same, or a little better

"Site was sorta annoying to use"
I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the pages felt sorta messy to me. Checkout was confusing too, so I got frustrated and gave up quick.

"Not the best fit for me"
I wanted to like these, but the fit just isn’t quite right for me. After wearing them for a bit, they start to hurt my ears, and they also feel a little loose. I’m guessing they might work better for someone with a different ear shape, but for me they weren’t very comfortable.
